The Livingston Diversity Council (LDC) is a grass- roots 501c3 nonprofit organization of business people, private citizens, educators, government officials and clergy who live and/or work in Livingston County. The mission of the LDC is to be a change agent for diversity, equity, inclusion, and access that collaborates, educates and empowers to build a thriving community. Our mission is achieved through hosting community events to increase awareness and exposure; providing educational workshops to businesses, organizations and the Livingston County community; collaborating with local and State partners to ensure that ALL voices are heard and valued and advocating for positive social change.
This six-week series of workshops aims to enhance leaders’ strengths and talents through the art of coaching and storytelling. Each week will focus on different aspects of leadership while weaving in personal style, professional development, influence, service, and legacy.
