    This workshop is especially valuable to seniors, senior caregivers, senior families and medical office staff. Bring your lunch and Livingston Catholic Charities will provide beverage, desert, and useful information.  
    • Suicide amongst seniors has increased by more than 30% according to the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
    • Suicide is more prevalent amongst men.
    • Seniors 85 and over are at the highest risk of suicide.
    • These numbers are often underreported due to "silent" suicides.
