Advance Planning Presentation

Join Nancy Nawrocki for a Zoom presentation, hosted by Livingston County Catholic Charities, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Nancy will lead discussion on levels of capacity, trusts, and provide education on long term care options financially. For over 30 years, Nancy has offered guidance for estate planning strategies, asset protection, Medicare or Medicaid planning, VA benefits, and qualification for SSI and SSD. As a long-standing member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, she keeps current on the legal and financial issues that affect Americans as they age or face disabilities. She has knowledge to counsel elder clients in estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, Medicare, and Medicaid planning, nursing home placement, and standard of care issues, Veterans Benefits, legal issues that affect disabled and special needs individuals, guardianship and conservatorship, estate administration and probate issues.
