Golf Outing

Our longest running event, the HACC’s Golf Outing is held each year on the third Thursday in September at one of our member golf courses. The Golf Outing features 18-holes of golf (four-person scramble format), contests, prizes and great food to go along with the camaraderie and “fun in the sun” that makes this a not-to-be-missed event. Whether you participate as an event sponsor, volunteer or compete on a team (or all three!), the Golf Outing presents ample opportunities to promote your business, network with area professionals, show your appreciation to your clients and employees, or have a delightful day with friends and family.

Argg!  The 2010 Event will be held on Thursday, September 16th and feature a Pirate/Treasure Hunt Theme.  It will be held at the Majestic at Lake Walden in Hartland.  Prize will be awarded for best pirate costume.

Scramble format.  Registration begins that day at 8 a.m., along with continental breakfast of donuts, bagels, coffee & juice.  The Majestic will also allow golfers to utilize the driving range free of charge prior to the start of the Scramble.  Shot gun start at 9 a.m.  Lunch will consist of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and non-alcoholic beverages served fresh at two locations along the course.  A Slient Auction follows during dinner. Dinner will be an old-fashioned pig roast with potato, vegetable, salad, rolls, non-alcoholic beverages, and dessert.
