Membership Directory and Community Guide

Target the people who frequent Hartland businesses the most – those who live and work here. There is no other publication like the HACC Membership Directory produced for the Hartland area and the opportunity to advertise in it is exclusive to Hartland Chamber members. This widely used, sought-after and retained reference guide includes information about area events, attractions, demographics, schools, community clubs and resources, and, of course, our members. With 13,000 copies distributed each year, the directory is the Chamber’s most popular publication. Advertising opportunities are available once per year, usually in October. Broadcast your business news, announcements or reminders via e-mail to ensure timely and cost effective delivery. Simply compose your message and email it to the chamber office along with up to three attachments and the date you would like it to be distributed, and for just $25 per distribution your information will be circulated to the entire chamber membership.

Member Mailing Labels

Reach fellow members via postal mail and ease your next mailing by purchasing ready-to-use mailing labels provided by the chamber. To secure mailing labels, please contact the chamber office at least three days in advance.

 

Sponsorship

Annual Forecast Luncheon

One of the HACC’s most popular luncheons, the Annual Forecast Luncheon features state and local representatives who join us to provide insight into the economic forecast for the area for the coming year based on information from the committees on which they serve.

Sponsors of this luncheon, which is presented each April, will receive recognition at the luncheon as well as in materials promoting the event. Sponsors will be also given the opportunity to give a five minute presentation during the luncheon; will be provided a table recognizing them as the sponsor on which to display information promoting the sponsoring business; and may place a promotional gift at each place setting.

Sponsorships are $250 each. Two sponsors per luncheon.

Luncheon Sponsorship

Each month the chamber presents knowledgeable speakers and networking opportunities at our monthly luncheons. By sponsoring a luncheon, your business demonstrates its support of these valuable educational opportunities and helps to make them possible.

Sponsors receive special recognition of their sponsorship at the luncheon as well as in materials promoting the event. Sponsors will also be given the opportunity to give a three minute presentation, and will be provided a table recognizing them as the sponsor on which to display information promoting the sponsoring business.

Sponsorships are $100 each. Two sponsors per luncheon.
Opportunity not available in April or December.

The Hartland Area Chamber presents an increasing number of special events each year at which to promote your business as a sponsor. Opportunities vary based on event.
